Recovery
I'm on Runner's marathon recovery plan, week one of which should have seen me do a single three mile run last week, but I missed it.
However, I was back on track this evening, going at six pm for a "4.3 mile easy run".
And it was indeed easy. A tiny bit of twinging in my right knee, although it was fine all through my training and the marathon itself. And, actually, OK after the first mile today.
What actually caught me out was the early sunset!
