Notes: Slept in a bit and the smoke detectors didn't beep - hallelujah! Once Michelle was up and about, we put all new batteries in the 4 detectors w/ the giant ladder Rich had brought over the set up from next door. We had some hot water (lemon in mine) and talked about what we might need for the day. Decided to head out around 930a and hit the Aldi near Lizzy's vet place, Publix (got the last 4 Barnana plantain salt bags on sale!). Stopped in the nearby coffee shop then to see their ingredients and pastries but was long line and so busy that we decided to come back another day. Back ~1030a and started in on the brunch makings: beef bacon, sprouted french toast (with fresh whipped cream, pumpkin spice and maple syrup), roasted potatoes w/ onions and garlic. I did an egg on the side and then made one for Lizzy and warmed some of her food up. We sat in the screened in porch to eat - beautiful temps and then did some grounding out in the grass. Clean-up took a bit but then we relaxed to football. Quiet rest of the day, we played some Farkle and sat out back with hot chocolate, watched part of My Left Foot and then back to the Sun night NFL game until halftime.
