"I can see you"

Backblip
SueT and I spent the whole day at Leeds Wildlife Photography Hide. We were very lucky with the light as the sun lit the perches most of the day. The jays kept us entertained with frequent visits, testing us as we tried to capture them in flight. The woodpecker visited twice. There were lots of little birds, including a treecreeper. But the icing on the cake was this female sparrowhawk. She made three very fleeting visits, where we only caught her once and in very poor light. Then, half an hour before we finished, she came again and perched in front of us for quite a while. It was so exciting.
We really enjoyed our day, which was our second visit and won't be our last. We didn't enjoy the drive home though as we got delayed on the M62.
