Last week pork, this week lamb

Poor old number 00130 has ended up in our freezer. Rather glad it was a number rather than, say, Flossie. 
Being a Hebridean Black it was not a big beast with half of it weighing in at 13.6 kg. I am sure however it will taste good.
No time to taste it now as invited out to a neighobur for some of last week's pig. Life in the fast lane.
