Autumn colour

We rang quite nicely this morning despite the tower captain not being there. I was not playing today but texts were coming in all the time with match updates. These became more and more frequent as the final doubles match progressed, game by game and then in the super tiebreak point by point. Eventually we won the doubles and with it the match 3-1. There then followed a flood of congratulatory WhatsApp posts from other team players and supporters. I felt quite tired today so did very little except go for a walk in the afternoon to get some fresh air.
