Board games avec the boy

Asha was off out on the fancy yacht today, so Nate and I had time together. We played lots of board games and prepped church stuff before our friend Emily came over. She's here on holiday for a few days and came round for lunch.
Asha got home late but happy.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Discovering a new cafe with Nate, with really really good coffee...
2) Nate looking at everything as we were out and about. Curious about everything, noticing so much... A lovely age and way to be.
3) Emily offering to help out with stuff tomorrow!
