From below

I completed some more gardening today, especially in our vegetable garden. This is now racing ahead with peas, beans, spring onions, sweet corn, courgette and radishes growing quickly. Becuase we live on a hill it always looks a long way up to the top of the house when I take a photo. Our house is built so that virtually every room gets a lot of sun during the day. Our living is all upstairs and our bedrooms are downstairs with underhouse storage at the bottom. The weather was very nice and we are expecting a warm day tomorrow.
It has been a good day for New Zealand sport. We retained the America's Cup defeating for the third time in succession defeating Great Britain 7-2. We beat Australia 62-50 at netball. We defeated India in test cricket by 8 wickets. This was only our 3rd win ever in India following 1969 and 1988. We still have the Women's T20 cricket final to come against South Africa which will be very difficult to win.
