Local mall, random people walking by

My car is very clean now. 
I have a new, classy work blazer/jacket thing, just in time for next week when there will be lots and lots of meetings. 
And I did something weird (for me) and bought something to tighten the puffiness under my eyes. I hope I don’t wind up turning my face beet red. 

Russia and Ukraine both have 95 of their soldiers back now thanks to another mediation by the United Arab Emirates. Zelensky has said a few times that one of the purposes of the incursion into Russia was to “replenish the fund” to get Russians to exchange for Ukrainian prisoners of war. 

Germany is making another contribution to Ukraine’s military with $1.5 billion of aid including 18 Leopard tanks. All the weapons named with letters and numbers and completely unmemorable make me relieved to have a normal sounding name. Russia is very unhappy the West keeps providing military aid. I don’t think Putin has any ideas about how to end the war. “The Leopard 2 tanks are modern, highly mobile tanks, known for their robust firepower and advanced targeting systems, making them valuable assets…”


“A factory that makes components for Russia's military has caught fire following a Ukrainian drone strike…” The video of the fire includes an expletive when there is an additional explosion.
