Washing up

Hubby has gone away for the weekend tenpin bowling. We’ve tried to remember the last night we spent apart and think it was probably about 20 years ago when he went to Chicago for work purposes.
I don’t mind cooking my own dinner, pouring my own wine but I don’t like doing the washing up which has always been K’s job.
A long day at work, grateful to good friends who have given me lifts to and from the shop because K has the car. More of the same tomorrow.
