Test Day
I’m still a little peeved at my telephone appointment with the surgery yesterday. Not with a GP or nurse and without being physically seen let alone examined I have been prescribed blood pressure tablets.
But enough of that.
Michael Mosley suggested that learning a new skill boosts cognitive ability and helps reverse memory loss, gardening at Vonder Farm weekly and now the RHS course with the need to look, remember and identify different species of plants and trees. Added to the physical side of the gardening I probably feel fitter and healthier than I have in a long while.
This is the roundhouse at Vonder Farm, it sits in the middle of the gardens and we gather here first thing for coffee and last thing to run over what we have learnt before heading off.
