HIIT training

Well it was a series of 4 "Tiny" races at 15 minute intervals over an hour.

This was the last of the 4 races -  lots of HIIT training over the course of the 4 events.

Supported by Larry over discord who was racing as well.

Zwift racing score 398. In build phase of my training so lots of Sweetspot and VO2 max to come.
