Foraging Course

Kwchas got me a foraging course for my birthday and I went on the course in near by Mouldsworth today.  Being Autumn it was mainly fungi spotting and although we found quite a few they were only of a few species. It was very interesting though and we ate some of the mushrooms in a pasta dish at the end of the course which was delicious.  Don't think I'm confident enough to forage fungi on my own though.
