Parkrun day

So lucky with the weather… hammering down at8am but stopped before we set off at 830.

Gutted for Lou her hip injury has flared again.. it never recovered from a tear doing speed work years ago… but she manages it… fingers crossed with some rest will calm down

Such a shame for the Sunday great south… just been cancelled due to expected adverse weather
