Not that I'm complaining because I like the heat but OMG walking out the fridge air conditioned office into Bishopsgate was like walking off a flight into tropical heat.

I am evil - this morning Apache didn't wake me up at around 5 for breakfast as per normal which was fine BUT I left for the office having only left him clean water and a few biscuits and didn't change his (uneaten) food from last night. Suffice to say the bowl was licked clean when I got home but I do feel awful after all how could I forget to feed him?? Ok I didn't leave him with nothing but in this heat he shouldn't be eating food which was several hours old. He's not liking this temperature and has positioned himself so that he's leaning against a cold radiator.
