Happy

Happy Summer Days. Gus may not have been first in show, but he is still a happy hound. This was on his early morning walk, when the light was still rich enough to give colour to the summer grasses burned off by the long dry period.

A busy day today, we have the tree fellas staying with us, but I had to leave them behind with Wifie today, while I went over to West Cumbria to spend time wading around lakes looking at aquatic plants and rapidly falling water levels. I hate to say it, but we desperately need some rain.

An evening walk along the estuary with Gus and the tree fellas, so we are running out of time for blipping, and I still have yesterday's to do at some point. Many thanks for all the stars, hearts and comments for the terrifying terrier racing.
