great day in london. i managed to not die or get lost. it was all fairly sweaty though. worth it for a couple of hours of pure wisdom from a true hero. feeling refreshed, encouraged and inspired.

came back to this little man who'd just had a little sicky incident. good timing as everyone else seemed to have ended up with rather a lot of vomit on them.
