Friday=Knitting

I’m getting a lot of mileage out of the Jets Chicken. In spite of, or maybe because of, my misgivings about her hairdo, she seems to be the most popular of my creations among our knitting group. Here’s L, wearing a lovely scarf that she knit, taking a turn at holding Ms Jet.  She is also demonstrating what can happen if you don’t take a break from knitting when your hands begin to hurt. We met in the backyard—still nice enough to sit out there. The fierce winds died down by mid-morning and we had a pleasant and entertaining visit. Scarves, shawls, chickens, hats—so many projects, so little time….
