I needed to jazz this LLB (little brown bird) up because it is a LBB. Boring compared to other birds I get. This is a female. The males have red on their breasts and heads.

I had a long drive to my neurologist  where I got my 3-month Botox injections in the neck. It's for something called cervical dystonia. On the way home, I stopped for a chicken salad sandwich to eat as a late lunch. Later I picked up my grocery order at Sprouts. I got everything put away then realized some stuff was missing. I checked my receipt and the missing items were on it and paid for so I had to go back to the store to get the two missing bags of food.  I'm tired and sore.  It could be worse, though.  Not too long ago I wouldn't have been capable to do any of those things.  Silver lining.
