Beach

You gotta love the weather in Cornwall. Wednesday, p'ing rain, Thursday, wall to wall sunshine, Friday, drizzle and wind. The plan was stuck to and we went to St Ives for a bit of culture (Tate St Ives), and a change of scene. It's much busier than Penzance, a bit more 'twee' and some lovely sandy beaches*.  As it's spring tides this week and HW is later this evening the beaches were MASSIVE.

* I think I might have been here as a small child, I have vague memories of a wet week camping wearing lots of jumpers and being sent out to play in the rock pools while my parents watched from the pub.
