Wild strawberries

A real surprise: these have appeared in one of our local garden beds, probably planted by the guerrilla gardeners who live in our neighbourhood. I have grown these in the past: they are sweet but tiny..

Newton used to be the home of a brick works, so the brick edging is a significant homage to our very local history.
