Flaming smoke bush

I snapped this shot on the route back home from Leith Walk this afternoon. I was returning from a quick coffee/tea break at the Nook with Mr hazelh combined with a trip to the post office and charity shops. I'm glad that the latest crop of my no-longer-needed clothes is now with the Bethany shop to raise money to tackle homelessness in Edinburgh.

Also today I have looked after Mummy hazelh, exercised, caught up on online admin (both personal and work related), loaded and unloaded the washing machine and tumble dryer several times, planted bulbs (all fine in the yarden for now), sorted out Mummy hazelh arrangements for over Christmas and New Year (hurrah for my not-so-little sister), confirmed our Christmas guests, and <drum roll> booked a 'fly and flop' holiday with Mr hazelh in January.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; 40 minutes of running intervals; walking (15,559 steps including run).
