Poppy the Cow

Poppy is an urban cow. She is apparently looking for snacks from passing walkers (I hear apples are a favorite), but she stands next to the sign that says "Please don't feed the cows," so I don't know how successful she is at panhandling. Our little group had a nice walk through the field and down to the harbor. What promised to be a foggy morning quickly became bright and sunny and an occasion to shed my scarf and sweatshirt. 
Our new (firmer) bed was delivered this afternoon. Very exciting and I can't wait for sweet dreams.
