The cardigan is finished

I’m reasonably pleased with the end product. It is the first time that I’ve knitted starting at one wrist and finishing at the other, so from side to side. It makes judging the length of sleeve a bit difficult.

Using a circular needle and chunky wool was hard to work with and I found that it made my left thumb sore. I had to knit in short bursts of time. 

Still it tones in with my new clothing so very wearable and the buttons on it are from my extensive used button collection. I don’t know where these came from.
