Abstract Fungi

Today I headed into the nearby village for COVID and Flu jabs. I was in and out in just a few minutes and, touch wood, no reaction so far.

On the way home I stopped at the local woodlands and went on a fungus hunt. Since being away they have turned very Autumnal and the fungi are beginning to emerge in force.  I was on the lookout for a subject for Ingeborg's Abstract Thursday challenge of something seasonal and thought the tops of these pair of large toadstools (as yet unidentified) would suit.
