and breathe...

Today I had a Trading Standards inspection, to say I was nervous is an understatement. Even knowing that I do things by the book, having two official guys checking and testing everything from my equipment to the weights of my products, the labelling, certification, my website and policies etc was so nerve-wracking. 

Give them their due they were nice and they really didn't realise I was quite as small an operation as I am, guess I should take that as a compliment :) 

Finally, after a week of stress and barely sleeping and overthinking things, I can now breathe and get back to BAU.
