FOBS Plans

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

I went into the office again today. In theory it is our "anchor day" so I am supposed to be there. In actuality it was to see Olly and Fazzy. 

But Fazzy let us down! Did not show up! So today was all about Olly. 

We had a fun time. We recognised that as the FOBS we make a lot of plans to do things together and then fail to do them. So we tried to progress some ACTUAL ACHIEVABLE PLANS.

For example. Olly has a dog called Georgie. I would like to meet said Georgie dog. We have been talking about Olly driving up to Paraparaumu for AGES so we can take Georgie dog for a walk on the beach. 

But this has not happened. 

So I suggested that instead I go to Tawa to MEET Georgie dog. And see Olly of course. Olly was on board with this plan. This plan is going to happen. I am going to buy Georgie a toy and some treats and MEET THAT DOGGY.

Also. We have talked about going on a FOBS walk. Not a very ambitious one because I am not very fit but Briar and Olly are. Fazzy we are ruling out because children. So this would be an FO adventure solely. 

That sounds wrong. Moving on. 

So Olly said we could drive to a gentle walk she knows instead. We just need a date on Briar approval.

Finally. There was yoga talk. Olly likes yoga and Briar is interested in yoga and I mentioned how I had done yoga in the past but it nearly killed me. Olly frowned and said, "The yoga I do is quite relaxing."

I was dubious. But then she showed me a picture of a man lying flat on his back and I said, "Well I can do that." 

So yoga plans. Plans for yoga. 

But it wasn't all about Olly today. I also met up with Lee-Ann for lunch! She was practically AGLOW, full of good humour and good spirits. Loving her new job (she's only been there for three days but whatever) and feeling free from stress. 

She was SO happy and we had lots of hugs and fun and chat. 

So I had a good day and came home feeling happy and relaxed. I might even lie flat and do some Olly yoga.
