Leo's been keeping
me on my toes.  Infection
and the dreaded fleas :-/

He's doing much better today, his eye (not the one pictured here!) is almost back to normal, not quite 'photo ready' yet but that's partly because the vet shaved his eyelashes, unceremoniously, yesterday to get a better look!!  The fleas seem to have scarpered too, so hopefully a couple of weeks of extra hoovering and washing and shampooing will put the whole sorry story behind us. 
I've had meetings and phone calls and emails.  We've still got no permanent respite reinstated but there's been a deal done for the carers to take Ben to an approved holiday place during half term for a few days so we still get some respite and he gets a little holiday, that feels like pretty big news.  He's very excited, mainly about the crabbing on the pier! I've also had a draft of his EHCP through (only 17 weeks after the review meeting..) so I'll be wading through that over the next few days.
Right, ran out of time again.  Amazing how much the extra washing and hoovering eats into your day!
