Life is a Challenge!

WHAT A SWIZZ AND WHAT A STAR!

Hello Lovely Blippers,

I must admit I’m feeling a bit miffed today. Yesterday I was passed over in favour of Reeth to go to M & S and then today, just as I thought that I would be going to the Community Fridge with Mrs HCB, the Mister decides that he wanted to finish off the garage and said he needed my help! Really? Can’t he do a job like that on his own?

After some heated debate, it was decided that I would stay and help Mr. HCB but if he had finished before Mrs HCB left to go to the Community Fridge, then I could go with her.  However, it didn’t quite work out like that.  What a swizz!

Mrs. HCB came out all ready to go just after 10 o’clock but as you can see, I wasn’t ready - in fact, I was quite enjoying sitting on the Karcher machine and pretending to be a rally driver - ha ha!  Mrs. HCB then asked Mr. HCB if he would mind wearing the silly pink glasses she usually wears.  He grumbled for a while but then thought he might as well get it over with, so put them on and knelt down just behind me.  I think they look rather fetching on him, don’t you?  And what a star he is - all in the name of BCAM and Blip!

When Mrs HCB got home, she said that she should take a photograph of the completed and tidy garage, so you can see it at the bottom of the collage and very good it looks too.  She said that Mr. HCB had obviously worked very hard to get it looking like this, so as long as she was happy, so was he!  Mind you, I’m not sure how long the garage will stay as tidy as this - because “stuff” gets put out there when they don’t have anywhere else to put it.  Time will tell.

You all know what to do by now - and I don’t suppose we even need to tell you, but we are all very grateful that you keep on CLICKING on this LINK and hope you know how pleased those people are who need a mammogram, but who can’t afford to pay for one.  Actually, thinking about it, this is what the Silly Saturday Gang always say, isn’t it?  BE KIND and BE GENEROUS and you never know who you will be helping, but you will feel much better than if you are unkind and mean and stingy!

Hope you all have a good evening.

Love to you all,
JH Ted xx

P.S.  Mrs HCB said she had a good time at the Community Fridge and had lots of good conversations so a win/win situation today.
