Water and blood tests

Water, that's all I am allowed to have.
My tooth was anesthetized on Tuesday and the lip and the cheek became so numb that I must have bit there as there were a couple bleeding wounds when I came home. They still hurt, and today is Thursday.

The cab this morning had a car (Opel) with such low and deep seat, that I needed assistance to get both down and up. Horrible. On the way home we drove to the liquor store with the intent to pick up that Cat Wine, but as I could not even think how I would drag myself out of that seat, I gave up and said to the driver, let's drive home.
 
It's been four years since I was able to go to any store on my own. So where does this water drinking misery lead me? To heaven? To hell?
