Thanks for the nice comments on my blip yesterday of 15 years since losing my dad.

A quieter day all round today, well at least not live online, but marking online.

Dinner was baked potato, tuna, cheese, cucumber and roast tomatoes - comforting, easy and delicious! Baked potatoes were my ‘to go’ dinners at home in Cairo (in the microwave), and they also remind us of the many baked potatoes Bb and I used to have in Edinburgh from the little shop round from The Golf Tavern in Edinburgh - Spud U Like?

This sign is of the wee Middle Eastern place just along the road. Bb and I were out for a wander when the potatoes were in the oven. No microwave here!
