a little colder today due to the thick mist and low clouds, but the sun still burned through somehow and we were still turned slightly pink in spite of the haziness

we didn't swim today, but instead just played football, frisbee and longjump on the beach

i spent the evening painting a scene from the pier near our cottage, dusk was truly beautiful!
