Vale Jolang

Isbi and Hobbsrun have let us know long term blipper Jolang has died. I’m dedicating my geranium blip to her as she was an amazing gardener. I’m not sure if I gave this one to her or if she gave it to me. It’s always sad to lose someone even though she was mid nineties.

I had a home day today which was nice. I cleaned out behind the old fish pond and got a huge bin full of rubbish and old leaves.

Last night I watched a film on DVD. The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society. It was an excellent book and the movie did it justice. I own the book but lent it to someone and have lost track of it. It was about the occupation of Guernsey in WW2 and how the local residents coped.
