Bully-boy

This rather straggly thing has been haging around home since my return.  I've caught him/her snuggled up and asleep at a number of locations around the garden but it always runs away if I approach.  Not sure if it's a stray or lost or belongs to a neighbour but I do know it torments Minnie to the point she won't go out at night now without doing a huge surveillance of the surrounds from the safety of the back door.  Sure do wish it would go away and leave her in peace.  A leaflet drop around the neighbourhood might find the owners.....
