A grey day... but nice and cool :)

Hi guys hope this finds you well. Im ok apart from my back I woke this morning and it was a lot better so we did a decent walk then went for shopping and lunch, came home I decided to take Ash out again come home back started again went for a lie down woke up in agony so im going to have to go back to docs in morning. God knows what they will give me im already on 3 types of pain killers.

I took this picture at the top of are road think the cows were waiting for the rain.... we are still waiting 10hrs later.
