Cedar in autumn

It's common for cedar tree needles to turn this colour and fall off in autumn and winter. These are just a few steps from our house, lots of cedar trees around us.
I'm glad I got out to take a few photos earlier today when it was a mix of sun and clouds. I went to town for a therapeutic massage - what a treat that was, and I got some tips to help relieve the pain I've been having. It has definitely lessened and is a tightness in a muscle. I had some time to kill, so I had lunch at the Inn and wandered around town before getting the flu and covid jags. So glad that I was able to get both, even though I was originally told that I couldn't get the covid until I came back from our trip. When I came out of the pharmacy to head home, it started to rain, then the wind picked up and it poured. What a sudden change in the weather!
