Tea

We hired a car for a second day today and visited the tea factory up in the hills.   All the equipment is very old and the process is far from automated but they produce a wide range of teas.

This lady was manually packing tea bags while the machine on her right was spewing out an endless pile of bags.

We then went on to the Takamaka rum distillery.   we really like the local rum.
