Meeting her again

We were asked to again meet with the person responsible for the initial measurement and preparation of the lens inserted into Arnie's eye.  

Her lack of basic manners started off a rather tense session when she didn't even greet us let alone explain what she was doing.  Only when I asked for an explanation did she even speak to us,.  Up until then there had been the odd grunt or instruction to put your head hear, look there.

The arrogance of a women, clearly at fault, was unbelievable.  No recognition of the fact that Arnie didn't have another eye to rely on, nor that there would naturally be fear of having more surgery on a recently worked on eye.

Covering her backside was all she was interested in at the end of the day.  It is totally beyond both of us that she is the go-to "technician" for most of the top opthalmologists in the city.  Hopefully not for much longer.

We are waiting yet again for some kind of resolution to what feels like an endless nightmare.
