A good Pilates session first - though bad news for Nigel as he needs a complete reconstruction on his wrist - the one that was originally damaged before the sash window fell on the other one ;)

We're doing a bit of travelling up and down the A19 over the next few days - a failure by the diary secretary - so I'll just catch up as and when...
