run fatboy, run!

Out for a run this evening in the still sweltering heat. Left the flat and headed for the office in a more-or-less straight line. The upside is that I go right past Abbey Road and past the ever present wee crowd of people wondering if they should all line up on the crossing to get their picture taken.

5km running, 5km walking. Not too bad given the glacial period of time since I last did any exercise.
