Winter Pansies
They are thriving and looking beautiful and happy.
We had no food in the house so we went down to Hinterland for breakfast.. was surprised to see a guy that used to work there waaaay back . He had changed his look so I didn’t instantly recognise him. We had a chat and he mentioned Breagha and how much he liked her. He said she was his favourite dog of all the ones that came to the Cafe. I remember him taking a picture of her. He came back later and showed me it in his instagram. I said that Breagha was such a personality of a dog . He said that she was a wee sassy cocker . It made me realise how much I miss her because she was just that, fun, sassy, clever, loving and a comedian. All that rolled into a heart as big as a wolf.
I mean I am glad we have Lucca but she is not like the ‘Darling One’ (what I called Breagha). Oh and my ‘best pal’. She was special. She knew the names of all her toys and she did the tricks I taught her. Lucca doesn’t even play with toys or ball. I need to stop comparing.
