Pleasant surprise

After a morning at the DLC exercising my ageing limbs, (and having escaped a power cut at home) we went to get our covid and flu jabs at a local pharmacy. As we were pulling out of the drive this bottle of bubbly was delivered. A retirement gift from my IFA. Couple of weeks early but I am not complaining. According to the Rathfinny vineyard blurb that came with it, Sussex is now a quality mark in terms of wine, so if a bottle says it is Sussex wine, that guarantees its a quality wine. Makes me think we should plant a few vines.
