Thanks for all the hearts and stars on my two year blip yesterday, I didn’t even realise till I had posted, very much appreciated, I know who my real Blip Buddies are!


Early dash up to the Inverness this morning for a couple of days as now off the meds with no pain in ankle at all, great to be pain free and had a superb nights sleep last night. Taking medication doesn't bode well with my sleep pattern.


This was a nice little neon outside one of my clients meeting rooms where they perform their teams/zoom calls.
