On The Mend

Mobility has improved and will no doubt get better in the coming days. Travel day so a long hot shower preceded breakfast before loading my tools and ru sack into the car.
We said our farewells and the three of us set of home via Selsey Bill.
Funny how your memory plays tricks, I was convinced Selsey Bill was a lighthouse, in my minds eye I could see an old black and white photo of me standing next to the traditional hoop painted lighthouse - Selsey Bill, apparently not, it must be another lighthouse, Portland Bill perhaps.
The journey home was uneventful, we stopped a couple of times for Paddy, six hours in all.
Good to be home.
