Home baking

The downside to the warmer temperatures- 17.5C- this afternoon is that they are accompanied by rain of biblical proportions which arrived late afternoon  and are set to continue overnight. So no chance of an outdoor blip on my return from the Library, so here is a home made loaf 50% Wholemeal and 50 % strong white flours.
