EB Time

EB in this instance stands for Early Bird and Emergency Blip!

I always take a few pictures early doors just in case, and today was one of those. The blip is sunrise at 6.42 am over the chimney pots.

Callum and I were planning to go out on a trip today to meet up with Skeena at Northallerton Men’s Shed. I was dressed and ready to go when Callum got back from walking the dogs, but in the meantime the electricians had turned up and said the final part of moving us onto mains electric was inside commissioning and they’d need access for about an hour.

After much discussion, Callum said he would go over on his own and I would stay to let the electrician in. That was accomplished and we are now fully certified and able to choose our own supplier.

I have to admit I was really disappointed, especially when I heard about all the blip opportunities I missed. Northallerton sounds full of possible blips, so we will def go again another day. I quite fancied walking round the adjacent livestock market and seeing all the action as it was a sale day apparently.

However, Callum really enjoyed seeing their facilities and chatting to Skeena, and would you believe, he used to live not half an hour away from us down south. Small world.
