..... started with BP - haven't typed that for a while?!  The class was full with lots of new faces.  The workout was hard but that's probably because its a few weeks since I have exercised.

Home for shower and change and a BIG breakfast.  OH was driving over to Tooting to collect No.1 who was coming home for a few days.  I did a bit more sewing and then just watched tv - easy day.

The picture is of a shepherd's pie which I made for OH to take to Tooting - they all had dinner together before he drove home.
