Genggis Kahn

Day 3
Trip to Gorkh Terelj National Park. First stop was the Gengghis Kahn Memorial. What a fantastic spot. It’s a bit touristy, but I had to get close to this golden eagle, such an amazing bird. We went to the Ger ( yurt) camp, an amazing spot tucked into some beautiful rocks. The coach then took us to a temple, which was a really nice hike to get to. We went to a turtle shaped rock, and then back to the camp. We enjoyed the sunset with a glass of wine outside, then a nice dinner at the lodge.
