Beans, beans

Yesterday was very wet.  I did a small amount of food shopping and then scuttled back inside to snuggle down and read.  At one stage l shelled some of the beans that were left over from the allotment and had been drying on the window cill,  they look pretty but the colour will soon fade, they will be used in soups and stews during the winter.
