Oh happy holiday, happy third day off from work

I so appreciated having a third day.

I had Somali food tonight. It is eaten with your hands, like Ethiopian food, but it doesn’t include injera. The bread is papadam from an Indian restaurant, sort of.

The little lanterns on the steps are little solar lights. 

Dog ownership has surged in Ukraine as people look for companionship.
