A Nice Place to Sit

Several of our local libraries have undergone major remodels recently. The UC Retirees Craft Group meets at the Aptos branch every couple of weeks in a very comfortable and pleasant room that is available to community organizations.  This charming outdoor seating area off the main room is shielded from the traffic by these glowing panels. Our main library is due for a remake, but there is more than the usual share of controversy about the new location and other details. It’s probably a good couple years before we have our own comfortable and pleasant place to meet.
